The Engineering Solution
Replacing the pipe traditionally would have required trenching through custom marble flooring. We executed a trenchless Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) epoxy restoration. After mechanical chain-descaling and hydro-jetting the host pipe clean, we inverted an epoxy-impregnated felt liner under pneumatic pressure and cured it with controlled heat.
Final Verified Result
The cured structural liner created a brand-new, continuous pipe with a 50-year service rating inside the old host line. The drainage system passed pneumatic pressure testing immediately, and no finished flooring was touched.
